Alison Alder is a visual artist who has worked and exhibited both locally and internationally, from rural Australia to Connecticut, USA. Alder currently hold the position of Head of Printmedia and Drawing at the Australian National University Canberra.

Louise Kate Anderson
The life and work of Pearl Gibbs, Big Fag Press
Louise Kate Anderson is an arts management worker, artist and designer. Social issues and commentary often drive her creative work, and she maintains both administrative roles at Accessible Arts and various freelancing design and photography activities.

Brown Council
Sydney Biennale Archives, Art Gallery of New South Wales Library and Archive, Steven Miller and Eric Riddler, the life and work of Barbara Cleveland
Brown Council (shifting their working model and collective title to Barbara Cleveland Institute) is a Sydney based collaboration between four artists: Frances Barrett, Kate Blackmore, Kelly Doley and Diana Smith. Their multimedia work varies from performance pieces to videos to imaginary conversations. Brown Council seek to dissolve the boundaries between artist and audience, often employing slap stick farce or political undertones.

Jan Davis and Leonie Lane
Lismore Regional Gallery, Southern Cross University Artists’ Books Collection Lismore
Involved in numerous group exhibitions nationally and internationally, Jan Davis’s art practice involves drawing and printmaking. Davis’s career has taken her across Australia and she currently holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at Southern Cross University. Leonie Lane is a graphic designer and visual artist and teacher of Digital Art and Design in the Visual Arts Program at Southern Cross University. ‘Place’, personal narrative, and social identity via digital imagery and installation currently inform Lane’s art practice and research projects.

Mini Graff
Wollongong Art Gallery, Wollongong City Library Local History Collection
Mini Graff is an anonymous New Zealand born Sydney-based street artist. The streets and people of Sydney’s urban fringe inform the subject matter and concepts of her work. Graff’s works often showcase humor and parody in order to communicate social commentary.

Deborah Kelly
Sydney Trades Hall Collection
Deborah’s works have been exhibited nationally and internationally. Kelly is a co-founder of ‘boat-people’; an art collective making works in city spaces dealing with themes such as race, nation, borders, and history.

Fiona MacDonald 
Vivienne Binns’ Full Flight (1981-83), Bathurst Regional Art Gallery
Fiona draws on local cultural traditions, social and natural history, neglected archives and personal collections, and collage, wallpaper and graphic arts in the creation of her bodies of works and installations. Her works are ‘conversations’ about the social processes of inclusion and exclusions.

Raquel Ormella
Writings of Joan Kerr, Vanessa Berry
Raquel Ormella explores the intersections between art and activism, using contemporary art as a platform to encourage self-reflection and inspire political consciousness and social action. Ormella’s art practice is grounded in the relationship between humans and the natural world, focusing specifically on urban expansion and forest activism.

Lynette Riley 
The life and work of Pearl Gibbs, Macquarie Regional Library Dubbo, Western Plains Cultural Centre Dubbo, National Centre for Cultural Competence The University of Sydney
Lynette Riley is an academic at the University of Sydney, currently working in the National Centre for Cultural Competence. Riley is a Wiradjuri and Gamilaroi woman from Dubbo and Moree whose career includes teaching, academia, and art making.
